For 15 years I have worked with Drupal for Czech and international clients — mostly where the point-and-click admin stops being enough. I write the custom backend, connect Drupal to the rest of your systems, bring AI into it, and run it on infrastructure you control: your own VPS or cloud.

Projects usually start with a technical workshop and a review of the current setup. Based on that I propose the architecture, scope, and timeline. I focus on clean code, security, testability, and easy maintenance.

Custom Drupal Backend

Every project has specific rules. Instead of compromising with contrib modules, I write custom solutions tailored to your workflow — from custom entities, forms, validation, and access control to a service layer over external APIs. I focus on clean architecture, dependency injection, testability, and secure input handling.

API Integrations and Headless

Drupal rarely stands alone. I design REST and JSON:API layers for headless and hybrid applications, and connect Drupal with ERP, CRM, e-commerce, inventory, payment gateways, and marketing tools — one-way or with two-way synchronization over webhooks and queues. See API & Integrations for details.

AI Inside Drupal

I bring AI directly into the CMS: RAG over your site content and internal documentation, AI helpers for editors (SEO metadata suggestions, translations, summaries), LLM connections over API or MCP, and deployment of Drupal’s AI modules. Drupal on Your Own VPS or Cloud

Want the site on infrastructure you control? I build a dockerized environment, deploy it to your VPS or AWS, and automate releases through a CI/CD pipeline (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). I develop agentically

I write code with AI agents (Claude Code and others). In practice that means I can cover on my own the scope that usually takes a team — and that refactoring or test coverage is not the line item that gets cut for budget. It does not lower quality: every change goes through tests and code review, and the result is my responsibility. Details on the AI usage page.

Audits, Refactoring, and Security

I review custom module and theme code for XSS, SQL injection, CSRF, and access-control gaps. I improve performance, maintainability, and prepare sites for security updates.
